Company History
Just Desserts was founded in San Francisco in 1974 with a family cheesecake recipe and a passion for making the most delicious, highest quality desserts on the planet. Just Desserts opened several cafes around the San Francisco Bay Area creating an indelible legacy baking highly sought-after cakes and other kinds of desserts. Just Desserts has since expanded its product line including a great selection of single serve cakes, portion control desserts and "grab n go snacks".

Over the years, Just Desserts has grown into a Bay Area household name garnering a passionate and loyal following and has earned many awards including our most recent award for Best Baked Good from the National Association of Specialty Food Trade for our all-natural brownie bites.

Today
With a 65,000 square foot bakery facility, the company is poised for growth expanding its distribution nationally into retail, club, convenience stores and foodservice. The company and its employees take great pride in their work and are dedicated to ensuring the highest quality products. Just Desserts is also dedicated to building a company that values its employees and gives back to the community. We offer an in-kind philanthropy program supporting local non-profits focused on homeless families and at-risk children to name a few.

Our People
We, the people, of Just Desserts, in order to bake a more perfect dessert, bake with passion, ensure top quality, mix, bake and decorate with our hands, and do so not to create any sort of constitution, but to create and establish an all natural bakery dedicated to delicious products you can’t live without.

We work shoulder to shoulder with over 120 hard working people who bake, frost and decorate just like you do at home—with premium all natural ingredients and lots of love.
