After more than 30 years of offering premium quality desserts at Just Desserts cafes in the San Francisco Bay Area and supermarkets throughout the United States, Just Desserts now offers a line of baked goods specifically designed for foodservice.

- We use only unbleached flour, aluminum-free baking powder and, expeller-pressed, non-GMO canola oil,

Just Desserts products are shipped frozen and reduce labor and waste for foodservice operators with our thaw and sell/serve products.
All products are available in straight-flavor cases, and many come in assorted cases as well.
Thawing, Shelf Life and Eating Enjoyment
For the most enjoyable eating experience, we recommend that Just Desserts products be served at room
temperature (65-72 degrees Fahrenheit.) Refrigeration may cause baked goods to dry out faster than
if held at room temperature.

It is easiest to thaw Just Desserts products overnight at room temperature, but some thaw in as little as 3 hours. Once thawed, our Grab ‘n Go products have an ambient shelf life of 7 to 14 days, depending upon the specific product. See our full product list for complete details. The ambient shelf life of bulk packed products depends upon how they are stored by the operator.
